All active subcontractors on Trinchero projects must maintain current documentation.
Minimum $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate. Trinchero Construction must be listed as Additional Insured.
Statutory limits per California Labor Code. Must cover all employees on Trinchero job sites.
Current signed W-9 required for all vendors receiving payment over $600 per calendar year.
This portal automatically notifies subcontractors 30 days before any document expires. Expired subs are flagged and blocked from active projects until renewed.
